Our interior painting process begins with covering your floor, countertops, appliances, electronics and light fixtures.
We will remove all electric plug & light switch cover plates, re-installing them upon completion.
We will move all furniture towards center of room and securely cover everything with plastic or leak proof drop cloths.
All nail holes, drywall cracks and patches will be repaired and spot primed.
We will then apply a premium paint with premium applicators (brushes and rollers), applying as many coats as needed to insure proper coverage and uniform sheen.
The Exterior Painting Process begins with powerwashing all surfaces that are to be painted. Powerwashing will remove dirt, debris and loose paint giving a clean surface for the new coat of paint to adhear to.
After cleaning the surface we will sand and prime any peeling areas/exposed wood surfaces.
We then caulk all open seams/cracks with a 50 year caulk.
We will mask off all areas to be painted to protect all surfaces adjacent to where we are paintng and we will apply a premium paint matched to the color of your choosing.
Our Wood Preservation process begins with Rinsing the surface, removing dirt and debris ensuring proper stain penetration into the wood fibers.
We offer two types of cleaning preparation:
(1) If you have a NEW fence or deck and you like the wear your older fence has, then we will simply lightly rinse it before staining/sealing it.
(2) If you have bad water marks, or want to RESTORE your fence of deck we can do a deep cleaning that will remove the gray, decayed wood fibers before staining/sealing it.
Once your fence or deck is clean and dry, we will mask off all areas where it comes in contact with your house/brick/concrete and begin applying the stain/sealer.
Once the project is complete we will clean all metal posts and gate hardware/hinges and remove all masking.
Our floor painting process begins with deep cleaning floor with a de-greaser and power washer.
The next step is to grind the floor with a diamond grinder to prepare the concrete for maximum adhesion of the epoxy floor coating
We will then wash the floor to remove all dust and contaminants.
Once the floor is dry from the final rinsing, we will apply (2) coats of Polyamide Epoxy matched to a color of your choosing.
West TX Coatings has had the best results with PPG Amerlock 400 Epoxy
We can also add a vinyl flake in the second coat and top coat with a Polysiloxane Clear Coat.
